| For
those ready to begin headstands, arm balances, and sitting
forward bends. |
| LEVEL

| Must
be able to do hold inversions and push up into Urdhva
Danurasana |
| LEVEL
3 |
| Should
have a 10 minute headstand and be able to push up into
Urdhva Danurasana unsupported. |
| VINYASA |
| A
very vigorous Vinyasa (flowing) Iyengar yoga practice.
Prior knowledge of alignment needed. |
| RESTORATIVES |
| Restore
yourself with this class filled with your favorite poses.
A perfect class if you are tired, headachy,jet-lagged.
mensturating, or want to learn how to do these wonderful
healing poses at home. Beginning pranayama will be taught
at the end of each class. |
| ALL |
| Students
must have completed a level 1 course. For all other levels. |
| WOMEN |
| For
all stages of pregnancy and post partum. Also sequences
for menstruating or menopausal women or those with fertility
issues. |
| PREGNANCY |
| Open
to all stages of pregnancy. Non pregnant women also welcome
to attend. Yoga during pregnancy is an ideal way to prepare
the mind, body and spirit. In this class we will do poses
and breath work that create space and strengthen for the
challenges of pregnancy, labor and first weeks of postpartum.
Your practice will help install you with confidence in
the body's ability to birth and mother. |
| PRANAYAMA |
We
will begin with restorative poses to quiet the body
and mind, then begin learning the fundamentals of breath
and prana control. 6 months experience required. |
