Doing
yoga while pregnant is one of the best things you can
do for yourself and your baby. It is an ideal way to
prepare the mind, body and spirit. In this class we
will do poses and breath work that create space and
strengthen for the challenges of pregnancy, labor and
first weeks of postpartum. Your practice will help instill
you with confidence in the body’s ability to birth
and mother.
POSTNATAL
/ MOMMY & ME
The first 6 weeks should be ones of rest for the mother.
After that, new mothers are welcome to resume a yoga
practice which emphasizes the drawing up actions in
the standing poses to help lift and support the pelvic
organs.
Postnatal
Yoga is ideal for regaining calmness and strength following
birth. In our Mommy & Me class we will focus on
strengthening the body, relaxation and bonding with
baby. This class is for moms 6 weeks postpartum and
newborns until crawling. Please contact
