Observing and Discussion of Program |
| The
Friday night class is intended to give feedback on your
practice of the poses on your syllabus. The Saturday morning
session is an opportunity to participate in and/or observe
a class: the teacher’s sequence, the linking of
the poses, the teacher’s instructions and the teacher’s
observation, corrections and/or modifications –
will all be discussed and critiqued during the teacher
training. You may, but are not required to, participate
in or observe one or both classes – included in
the cost of the program. From 12:30p.m. – 1:15p.m.,
we will chant one or two of the four books or “padas”
of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras along with Geeta or one
of her students. You
will have time to eat between the morning class and
the 12:30 p.m. chanting of the Sutras. There will also
be a 15 minute break between chanting and the 1:30 –
6:00 session. This will allow adequate time to nourish
